Radical Resilience: Legal Literacy for Queer & Kink Lives

This class will cover a wide range of legal topics that impact the LGBTQ+ community and allies from self defense/stand your ground to the current state of the law particularly where we stand on marriage equality. We will discuss the current horrific trends on the decimation of trans rights; the drag bill impact in Oklahoma, and the state of ACA interpretation from SCOTUS as it relates to prep. In addition to these topics a discussion on consent and confidentiality as it pertains to the kink community and the dynamic play we kink players engage in.
