Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
At Wipburn, we are committed to providing an unforgettable experience for all attendees. To ensure smooth event planning and fairness, the following policy applies to ticket purchases, exchanges, and refunds:
No Refunds Within 30 Days of the Event:
Due to the extensive planning and commitment required to host Wipburn, refunds will not be granted for cancellations made within 30 days of the event start date. Please consider this when purchasing your ticket.
Refunds Outside of 30 Days:
Refund requests made more than 30 days before the event will be processed minus a 10% administrative fee to cover processing costs.
Force Majeure Clause:
In the rare event that Wipburnis postponed or canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government mandates), refunds will be evaluated and issued at the discretion of the organizers, minus any non-recoverable expenses.
Ticket Transfers
Exchange Fees:
Tickets may be transferred at no cost to the original buyer.
Ticket Transfers and Exchanges:
Tickets are fully transferable! If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to another attendee. Ticket transfers must be completed by 48 hours before the event. The original ticket holder must contact us at wipburnofficial@gmail.com to authorize the transfer.
Merchandise Returns and Exchanges
Event Merchandise:
All sales of event-exclusive merchandise at Wipburn are final. Exchanges will only be granted for defective or damaged items and must be requested before the close of the event.
Third Party Purchases
Tickets or merchandise purchased through unauthorized third-party vendors will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges. Always purchase directly from our official channels to avoid complications.
